During 2024, the Old Town Arts & Crafts Guild, Inc. will be sponsoring shows of fine art & crafts. Some of the shows will be both fine art and crafts along with antiques.

Vendors should check each fine art and craft fair they wish to attend. I - indicates the show will be held indoors, O - indicates the show will be held outdoors, A - indicates the show will also include antique vendors. In event of rain, the show will be held the next day.

GUIDELINES

• Applicants who have not been a vendor in a previous Guild sponsored show must attach pictures to the application or submit them by e-mail or provide a website where examples of the vendor’s artwork or crafts may be seen.

• Only original & reproductions of fine art and high quality hand crafted items will be accepted. The Guild reserves the right to ask vendors to remove any merchandise deemed inappropriate.

• Space at the Guild is extremely limited. Space at the other shows is also limited, but not to the same degree. Spaces will be assigned in the order applications are received. In the event that the vendor spaces are filled, vendors will be notified and given the option to apply any fee paid towards space in another show or receive a refund.

• Outdoor spaces can accommodate a 10’x10’ tent (not included). Vendors are responsible for providing their own display equipment. Chairs and an 8’ table will only be provided for indoor shows held at the Peconic Recreation Center.

• Gate fees may be charged for admission of the public to some of the shows.

• Food and live music are available at certain shows.

• No refunds will be issued in the event of inclement weather or if a vendor is unable to participate in the show. In the event of inclement weather on Sat. Show, the event is the following day, Sunday.

• Setup times - Vendors may setup an outdoor site at 7am on the day of the show. Vendors may setup an indoor site between 5pm and 7pm the night before the show. Signs to vendor entrance will be posted. To facilitate expeditious setup for all participants in the show, vendors are expected to quickly unload and move vehicles before actually setting up their sites. There is no on site vehicle parking at the show grounds.

• Breakdown - Vendors should not take down their displays before 4pm. After the show ends, vehicles may be brought into the field for loading. Vendors must leave their areas free of garbage and debris.

I understand that I am solely responsible and liable for my property and person at all times as a vendor at any of the above fairs, and that The Old Town Arts & Crafts Guild, Inc., Southold Historical Museum or Society, Town of Southold, Cutchogue-New Suffolk Historical Council and the Art Show Committee will not be liable for any damage, theft or injury. I will comply with all the Federal, State and local laws, rules and regulations that apply to me as a vendor.
